The Idaho Public Employees Association (IPEA) is an independent; non-profit membership driven organization representing active and retired members from every department in Idaho State Government. IPEA will protect, negotiate, and advocate for the members' rights in their workplace and in their retirement. IPEA will provide a strong and balanced voice in the legislature to enhance the rights, policies and benefits of our members.

WHAT WILL IPEA DO FOR YOU?

IPEA is the voice of state employees through actions at the legislature and with problems on the job. IPEA keeps employees informed and unites them as a team to work on solutions. We need to increase the effectiveness of our Association and reach out to more and more employees to help them understand how important it is that we all work together to achieve our goal of maintaining and improving our bebenfits.
